In a meeting of the State Council of Ministers, it has been decided to give one thousand rupees ex-gratia to 35 lakh needy families affected by the lockdown. It will cost Rs 351 crore. Further, financial and non-financial relief measures were approved in the meeting with a view to strengthen tourism and allied industries. The Council of Ministers took a decision on various issues relating to the status of Kovid-19 in the state, agriculture, cooperatives.
In the meeting, an important decision was taken to give an ex-gratia of 1000 rupees once more to provide economic strength and immediate relief to needy families including destitute, helpless, street vendors, 35 lakh BPL, state BPL, Antyodaya and building and other construction workers who are not getting the benefit of social security pension.Rajasthan Gov Gratia Payment Yojana This will provide relief to these families who are suffering from livelihood. The state Government had earlier also given an ex-gratia of Rs. 2500 to these families during lockdown.
It was discussed in the meeting that tourism and hotel business have been widely affected due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. राजस्थान अनुग्रह राशि भुगतान लिस्ट This sector plays an important role in the economy of the state. At the same time, the livelihood of millions of people from this sector is directly and indirectly linked. The Council of Ministers has approved the proposal to provide additional benefits for one year to the units of tourism, hotel and multiplex sector under the Rajasthan Investment Incentive Scheme-2019. Under this, the units which will commence their activity between July, 2020 to 31st December, 2020 and whose eligibility period is remaining even after 31st December, 2019.
Under the package, the period of reimbursement of SGST payable and deposited by the tourism industry (hotel and tour operators) has been extended beyond three months to one year (April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021). The tourism sector will be included as a thrust sector in rips, this provision will enable this sector to get additional benefit of interest subvention and capital grant in addition to the general benefit payable in RIPS-2024.

The Council of Ministers has also approved a relief package of about 220 crore rupees through Rico to provide relief to industries. This will enable relaxation in interest subvention on one-time deposit of service fee and economic rent till 31st December, 2024, exemption from charge on regularization of delay in the period given for commencement of activity on the allotted plot. राजस्थान अनुग्रह राशि भुगतान लिस्ट
Similarly, the plots on which the period of commencement of activity expire from March, 2020 to 30th September, 2020 will be exempted from the charge charged for giving one year additional time. Increase in interest free and interest time for depositing 25% of land price to the successful bidder, additional interest free time increase of 90 days for depositing 75% premium amount of land in 120 days, Rajasthan Gov Gratia Payment Yojana additional time addition to the timetable for payment of this premium amount in instalments and interest subvention on 31st December , will be given till 2024
Increase in time without penalty over a period of 90 days for execution of lease deed, relaxation in the amount of penalty payable in case of non-construction of rain water recharge structure, increase in the period of physical possession of the allotted plot, sub-division of plot and exemption of duty on transfer, 75% of the plots to be allocated through auction by Rico, at present, for depositing the dues of arrears of plots to be allocated through auction by Rico.Rajasthan Gov Gratia Payment Yojana There are provisions for reduction of 3% in interest rate by providing 11 instalments instead of 3 or 7 instalments. About 29 thousand families will be benefited from these provisions.
The Council of Ministers decided to re-operate the public transport system with other precautions including social distensing to ensure smooth conduct of economic activities. The operation of city buses and Autorickshaw in the state will commence and facilitate movement of the public.
Rajasthan Gov Gratia Payment Yojana It was decided that out of rs. 1.25 crore per annum in the MLA Local Area Development Fund, the MLAs will be able to spend one crore rupees per annum on development of medical facilities for the next two years and the remaining Rs. 1.25 crore on development works as per local needs. Earlier, it was decided to spend the entire amount of MLA Fund on development of medical facilities for two years. The Council of Ministers approved the proposal for amendment.
The meeting said that in a measure to combat the Kovid-19 epidemic, the state Government has provided assistance of more than Rs. 5500 crore to needy people under various measures. The social security pension schemes include steps like providing relief to 79 lakh people by making advance payments of about Rs. 4300 crore.
