Rajasthan Election Commission: The State Election Commission has announced a schedule on Thursday for elections to a total of 6 municipal corporations for jaipur, kota and jodhpur cities. The State Election Commission commissioner Prem Singh Mehra announced the programme and said that elections for Jaipur Greater, Jaipur Heritage, Kota North, Kota South, Jodhpur North and Jodhpur South Municipal Corporation will be from EVMS. Rajasthan Nagar Nigam election 2021 Public information for the same will be released on 19th March. Nominations will be filed from 10 am to 3.30 pm except Sunday till 23rd . With the announcement of the election schedule, the model Code of conduct has come into force. With this, new government business has been banned. However, if required, the approval of the Election Commission will enable necessary work. During the code of conduct, no party or candidate will act as a part of offending the religion, caste community. Government employees will not be involved in electioneering activities. Parties, candidates have to seek the permission of the house.
